  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 12:15 AM Tuesday the stage was 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 10.2 feet early this morning.
  The river will fall below flood stage late Tuesday night.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...The D&R Canal is flooded by the Millstone River.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.5 feet on Mar 22
  1999.
