* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  South central Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  North central Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 830 PM EST.

* At 423 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen, and
  additional rain is possible. Flash flooding is expected to begin
  shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Florham Park, East Hanover,
  Lincoln Park, Boonton, Wharton, Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount
  Arlington, Mendham, Mountain Lakes, Stanhope, Netcong, Peapack And
  Gladstone, Chester, Victory Gardens and Far Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
