* At 5:15 AM Monday the stage was 11.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by late
  tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...The D&R Canal is flooded by the Millstone River.
