* Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 3:00 AM Monday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 4.8 feet by tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 6.0 feet...Flooding occurs on Vail Road in Montville. The Road
  heading into Parsippany is subject to closures.
