The Flood Warning continues for
  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 2:15 PM Sunday the stage was 11.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 11.6 feet
  into this evening. The river will fall below flood stage early
  Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Washington Street and several businesses
  are flooded.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.4
  feet on Apr 3 2005.
