* At 3:00 PM Sunday the stage was 8.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Fell below flood stage at 12:42 PM Sunday.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 4.3 feet by tomorrow
  morning.
* Impact...At 7.0 feet...Minor flooding begins upstream on Black
  River Road.
