The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 1145 AM EST.

* At 744 AM EST, river gauges along the Manasquan River and North
  Branch Metedeconk were running high. The Manasquan River at
  Allenwood was approaching bankfull and is expected to exceed flood
  stage at this location. Flooding will continue throughout the day.
  Runoff from the heavy rain will also result in poor drainage
  flooding. Road closures can be expected. Up to three inches of
  rain fell overnight.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Lakewood, Manasquan, Allenwood, Ramtown, Brick Township, Leisure
  Village, Leisure Village East, Point Pleasant, Brielle and Spring
  Lake Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
