The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 345 AM EST.

* At 1230 AM EST, up to one and a half to two inches of rain had
  already fallen in the area. Another half inch to inch is expected.
  Runoff from the heavy rain will continue to result in minor
  flooding overnight along small streams and creeks, on roadways and
  in areas of poor drainage.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Long Branch,
  Asbury Park, Sandy Hook, Edison, Lakewood, Middletown, Old Bridge,
  Jackson, Howell, East Brunswick, South Brunswick, Sayreville,
  North Brunswick, Marlboro and Manalapan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
