* Flood Warning for
  The East Branch Brandywine Creek at Downingtown.
* until Sunday morning or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:45 PM the creek level was 6.36 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The creek level is forecast to rise above flood stage
  by midnight, recahing 7.6 feet. The creek will fall back below
  flood stage toward morning.
* Impact...At 8.0 feet...Dowlin Forge Road begins to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.0
  feet on August 4, 2018.
