  The White Clay Creek at Newark.
* until Sunday morning or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 PM the river level was 11.93 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to rise above flood stage
  this evening, reaching 14.9 feet. The river level should fall
  back below flood stage after midnight.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet businesses on Delaware Route 7 begin to
  flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.9
  feet on October 19, 1996.
