* Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1145 PM EST.

* At 550 PM EST, moderate to heavy rain was continuing to move into
  the area. Rainfall amounts around a half inch have already fallen
  at some locations with another half inch to inch of rain expected
  this evening.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton,
  Norristown, Chester, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, West
  Norriton, East Norriton, Coatesville, Yeadon, Westtown and
  Wyomissing.

The additional moderate to heavy rainfall will result in minor
flooding along small streams and creeks, on roadways, and in areas
of poor drainage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
