...POTENTIAL FOR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST
NEW JERSEY AND SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA THIS MORNING...

Precipitation is expected to move into the region late this
morning and into the early afternoon. As the precipitation
arrives across the higher terrain of western Chester, Montgomery,
and Bucks Counties and in Northwest New Jersey, it may start as
light freezing rain before changing over to all rain by mid-
afternoon. Some spotty freezing fog is also possible.

If this occurs, a light glaze of ice will be possible, especially
on elevated surfaces, bridges and overpasses.

on the potential for a wintry mix of precipitation.
