The Flood Warning is cancelled for
  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At 9:15 AM Tuesday the stage was 18.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to 18.7 feet by
  tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet...Street flooding begins in Fairfield
  including Camp Lane Road. Two Bridges Road is closed going
  into Lincoln Park and Wayne.
