...Locally dense fog possible during the morning rush...

Surface observations and webcams indicate patchy fog has developed
across the area this morning. Although the fog is quite localized
and shallow, there are some spots where visibilities are reduced
to as little as a quarter mile. Additionally, temperatures in more
rural areas of New Jersey are slightly below freezing, which may
allow for highly localized freezing fog to develop.

Use caution traveling this morning. Slow down, use low-beam
headlights, and maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
