  The Passaic River at Pine Brook.
* At  4:30 AM Sunday the stage was 19.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 19.3 feet by Monday
  evening, then will begin falling.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet...Horseneck Road in Fairfield is subject to
  flooding and closures.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.3 feet
  on Mar 30, 1994.
