PHILADELPHIA AND EAST CENTRAL DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 622 PM EST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain causing
minor flooding in across parts of I-76 in Philadelphia, as well as
other roads in and around the Philadelphia metro area. Overflowing
poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding. Although the
heavy rain has ended, minor flooding continues. Around one inch of
rain fell across the advised area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Bensalem,
Deptford, Voorhees, West Deptford, Lindenwold, Bellmawr, Yeadon,
Woodbury, Riverside, Palmyra, Hatboro, Folcroft, Paulsboro,
Jenkintown, Magnolia and Westville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
