* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 415 AM EDT.

* At 1220 AM EDT,  Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain
  that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Rainfall
  rates of up to one inch of rain per are falling in some areas in
  addition to heavy rainfall from earlier.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Lehighton, Mount Pocono, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Blairstown,
  Palmerton, Kutztown, Jim Thorpe, Hamburg, Slatington, Nesquehoning,
  Womelsdorf, Weatherly, Wernersville, Walnutport, Hope, Leesport,
  Shoemakersville, Bernville and Lenhartsville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
