* At 1008 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Wakefield to Perryman, moving northeast at 50
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.

  Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Elkton, Calvert, Pottstown,
