The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 130 AM EDT.

* At 926 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Dover, Hopatcong, Kinnelon,
  Hackettstown, Boonton, Butler, Wharton, Rockaway, Mount Arlington,
  Franklin, Mendham, Mountain Lakes, Stanhope, Riverdale, Hamburg,
  Netcong and Ogdensburg.

Additional rainfall of around one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
