The Flood Warning continues for
  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 8:15 PM Monday the stage was 11.07 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river level will continue to fall and it
  should return below flood stage early on Tuesday.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet...The Delaware and Raritan Canal is
  flooded by the Millstone River.
