The Flood Warning continues for
  The Millstone River at Blackwells Mills.
* At 9:15 PM Sunday the stage was 10.39 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and is forecast to continue.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 12.1 feet
  on Monday morning. The river is forecast to fall below flood
  stage on Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Washington Street and several
  businesses are flooded.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of
  11.9 feet on Mar 31 2010.
