The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 1145 PM EDT.

* At 745 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to a half inch of rain has already fallen in spots. An
  additional inch or two of rain is possible this evening.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Georgetown, Talbot, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel,
  Federalsburg, Bridgeville, Trappe, St. Michaels, Dagsboro, Preston,
  Oxford, Millville, Gumboro, Copperville, Choptank, Windyhill,
  Tanyard and Tilghman Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
