The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern and Central Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 800 PM EDT.

* At 520 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will
  continue to cause minor flooding in the advisory area. In excess
  of two inches of rain has already fallen in areas to the north of
  Dover.

Additional rainfall of an inch or so is possible over the area.
The rain will continue to result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
