The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 450 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the area. This will cause minor
  flooding.

Additional rainfall in excess of two inches is expected over the
area. The rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
