...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM EDT FOR
NORTHERN AND CENTRAL KENT COUNTY...

At 350 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated additional showers with heavy
rain approaching the advisory area. Over one inch of rain has
already fallen in areas to the north of Dover.

Additional rainfall in excess of two inches is expected over the
area into this evening.  The rain will continue to cause minor
flooding of roadways and areas of poor drainage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
