The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 336 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated observations indicated
  that 1 to up to 5 inches of rain have fallen today across portions
  of the region. Creeks, streams, and rivers like the inland portion
  of Manasquan River, have risen and will continue to run high until
  the runoff from the rain subsides. The Manasquan River flows
  through Allaire State Park. Walking trails, riding trails and as
  well as parking lots can all flood when waters run high.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
