The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 1159 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the moderate to heavy
  rain was coming to an end. But a widespread 2 to 4 inches have
  already fallen. Creeks, streams, and rivers like Swimming River,
  and the inland portion of Manasquan River, have risen and will
  continue to run high until the runoff from the rain subsides. The
  Manasquan River flows through Allaire State Park. Walking trails,
  riding trails and as well as parking lots can all flood when
  waters run high.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
