The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 200 PM EDT.

* At 954 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that moderate to heavy rain was still falling over portions of the
  area. A widespread 2 to 4 inches have already fallen. Additional
  rain is expected. Creeks, streams, and rivers like Swimming River,
  and the inland portion of Manasquan River, have risen and will
  continue to do so as the rain continues to runoff. The Manasquan
  River flows through Allaire State Park. Walking trails, riding
  trails and as well as parking lots can all flood when waters
  run high.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Long Branch, Lakewood, Middletown, Howell, Marlboro, Manalapan,
  Tinton Falls, Holmdel, Red Bank, Matawan, Farmingdale, East
  Freehold, Robertsville, West Freehold, Adelphia, Yorketown,
  Elberon, Ramtown, Lincroft and Morganville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
