The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...

* Until 1215 PM EDT.

* At 820 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  that heavy rain was still falling over portions of the area. A
  widespread 3 to 5 inches have already fallen. Additional rain is
  expected. Road closures have been reported. Creeks, streams, and
  rivers, like the Shark River, have risen and will continue to do
  so as the rain continues to runoff.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Asbury Park, Tinton Falls, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach,
  Farmingdale, Allenwood, Collingwood Park, Ramtown, Neptune City,
  Brielle, Spring Lake Heights, Bradley Beach, Spring Lake,
  Avon-By-the-sea, Sea Girt, Interlaken, Deal, Allenhurst, Loch
  Arbour and Ocean Grove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
