REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM EDT FOR SUSSEX...KENT...TALBOT...QUEEN
ANNE'S...CAROLINE AND SOUTHERN KENT COUNTIES...

At 508 PM EDT, Maryland State Highway Administration reported minor
flooding in the Easton area, including on Highway 328 near Gannon
Road and on Highway 331 near Dover Neck Road. Otherwise, poor
drainage flooding will continue across portions of eastern Maryland
and in central and southern Delaware due to the multiple rounds of
moderate to heavy rain that fell earlier today.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Dover, Easton, Georgetown, Centerville, Milford, Seaford, Denton,
Centreville, Millsboro, Laurel, Harrington, Camden, Federalsburg,
Milton, Selbyville, Bridgeville, Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely and
Delmar.

After a temporary lull in the precipitation late this afternoon, the
next round of moderate to heavy showers over southeast Virginia
will move back into the region between 600 and 700 PM this evening.
The Flood Advisory may need to be extended as this next round of
rain could cause additional minor flooding this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
