The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 144 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Rainfall of 0.5 to 1.5 inches has already fallen
  today in addition to the moderate to heavy rain that has fallen
  over the past several days. With the ground very saturated, any
  additional rain will runoff, causing poor drainage flooding in the
  advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Georgetown, Centerville, Milford, Seaford, Denton,
  Centreville, Millsboro, Laurel, Harrington, Camden, Federalsburg,
  Milton, Selbyville, Bridgeville, Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely and
  Delmar.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Showers and storms continue to organize to our south this afternoon.
A Flood or Flash Flood Warning may be needed later this afternoon if
this trend continues, especially with the potential for this
activity to move over the same locations.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
