The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 1145 AM EDT.

* At 745 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain in
  the southern half of Delaware. The rain will continue to result in
  minor flooding. An additional half inch to inch of rain is
  expected in much of the advisory area this morning.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Georgetown, Milford, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Harrington,
  Camden, Lewes, Milton, Selbyville, Bridgeville, Delmar, Cheswold,
  Dagsboro, Millville, Ellendale, Bowers, Woodside and Viola.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means that river and stream flows are elevated, and
that ponding of water is occurring on roadways and in areas of poor
drainage.
