The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Western Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 815 AM EDT.

* At 508 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of moderate to
  heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Rainfall amounts up to an inch may occur over the next few hours,
  but these rains are falling across areas that received excess
  rains on Friday. Parts of Sussex, Caroline and Talbot counties are
  especially susceptible.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Centerville, Talbot, Seaford, Chestertown, Denton,
  Centreville, Laurel, Harrington, Camden, Federalsburg, Bridgeville,
  Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Delmar, Cheswold, Trappe and St.
  Michaels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
