The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  South central Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 200 AM EDT.

* At 1001 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Rainfall totals of over an inch per hour are
  possible. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Georgetown, Talbot, Seaford, Millsboro, Laurel, Lewes,
  Federalsburg, Milton, Bridgeville, Trappe, St. Michaels, Dagsboro,
  Preston, Oxford, Millville, Ellendale, Henlopen Acres, Smithville
  and Gumboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
