The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 656 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. One to two inches of rain have already fallen
  across portions of the advised area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Calvert, Oxford, North East, Clayton,
  West Grove, Rising Sun, Delaware City, Charlestown, Cecilton, Glen
  Roy, Blake, Glasgow, Bohemias Mills, West Nottingham, Mount Vernon,
  Delaney Corner and Bay View.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
