* At 634 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Farmington,
  or 9 miles northeast of Havre De Grace, moving southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect considerable
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
           roofs, and outbuildings.
