...Locally dense fog expected through daybreak...

Fog has developed in portions of eastern Pennsylvania and northern
and central New Jersey early this morning. Visibilities have been
reduced to a mile or less in spots. Use caution traveling, as
rapid reductions in visibility should be expected. Use low-beam
headlights and maintain extra distance from other vehicles.
