  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until midnight EDT.

* At 757 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
  the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Dover, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Havre De Grace,
  Calvert, Pennsville, Smyrna, Carneys Point, New Castle,
  Chestertown, Centreville, North East, Camden, Clayton, Rising Sun,
  Delaware City, Cheswold and Rock Hall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
