  in the advisory area.

  Jackson, Howell, Mount Laurel, Norristown, Willingboro, Pottstown,
  Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Lumberton,
  Florence, Beachwood and Burlington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
