* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas

  Northern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 707 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
  and thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding
  in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, West Chester, Chester, Coatesville, Westtown,
  Downingtown, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square, Oxford,
  Parkesburg, West Grove, Honey Brook, Newport, Arden, Glen Roy,
  Stanton, Cheyney, Talleyville and Elam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
