...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SUSSEX...WARREN...
CENTRAL MONROE AND NORTHEASTERN NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 700 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Unionville to near Dingmans Ferry to near
Alpine Mountain to Kresgeville. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Newton, Hopatcong, East Stroudsburg, Hackettstown, Washington,
Blairstown, Bangor, Mount Arlington, Franklin, Stanhope, Pen Argyl,
Hamburg, Netcong, Wind Gap, Belvidere, Oxford, Ogdensburg, Sussex,
Hope and East Bangor.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
