...PATCHY DENSE FOG NEAR THE COAST MID MORNING...

At 800 AM...Patchy dense fog with visibility as low as one-quarter
mile continues to be observed near the New Jersey and Delaware
coast.

Motorists are urged to exercise caution for rapidly changing
visibility. Allow extra time to reach your destination and if
encountering fog, reduce speed and increase following distance
with the vehicle in front of you.

The fog should gradually dissipate from west to east through 11
AM.
