* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are
  expected with storm totals generally 3 to possibly 6 inches.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex county. In Pennsylvania, Monroe
  county.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions, including
  during the morning commute. Be prepared for reduced visibilities
  at times. Snow tapers to flurries between Noon and 2 PM.
