The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Atlantic County in southern New Jersey...
  Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 530 PM EST

* At 124 PM EST...Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one and one-half inches of rain have already fallen. Thunder
  is possible. Tides are also running high and will hamper how fast
  water is allowed to drain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Atlantic City, Ocean City, Barnegat, Pleasantville,
  Beachwood, Somers Point, Ventnor City, Brigantine, Northfield,
  Absecon, Margate City, Tuckerton, Seaside Heights, Surf City, Port
  Republic, Longport, Mantoloking, Dover Beaches North and Holiday
  City South.
