...A period of moderate wet snow is likely to develop between 11
PM and 2 AM in much of the Philadelphia Wilmington metro area...
Mixed rain and wet snow will change to wet snow and probably coat
the area with up to an inch of slush on some of the streets and 2
inches on grassy areas by early morning. The heaviest snow should
occur between midnight and 3 am. Then it may almost quit or turn
back to light rain for a few hours near sunrise. Thereafter, the
major storm develops with alternating rain and wet snow gradually
changing over to heavy wet snow between 9 am and Noon.
