...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING
TO 3 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 14
  inches are expected.

* WHERE...Far northwestern New Jersey and the southern Poconos.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 3 AM EST Thursday. Light snow
  and light rain will develop late this afternoon and especially
  this evening, then become all snow tonight and continue through
  Wednesday. The snow will be heavy at times especially Wednesday
  afternoon and evening, where rates will be 1 to 2 inches per
  hour.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to
  impossible, including during the evening commute on Wednesday.
  Be prepared for significant reductions in visibility at times.
  With this being a heavy, wet snow, it is likely that trees and
  power lines could be brought down from the weight of the
  accumulating snow, resulting in power outages.

  inches are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and southern New Jersey, northeast
  Maryland and northern Delaware.

* WHEN...From 7 PM EST this evening through late Wednesday night.
  Light rain and light snow should develop late this afternoon and
  especially this evening, then change to all snow late tonight
  and Wednesday. A mix of rain, snow and sleet may occur at times
  during Wednesday. There could be a period of heavy snow
  Wednesday afternoon and evening, with snowfall rates of up to 1
  inch per hour.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is still some uncertainty as to where
  the rain/snow line will set up Wednesday afternoon, and as a
  result, the Winter Storm Watch remains in effect. This does not
  mean there will not be impacts from the storm. Plan on difficult
  travel conditions, including during the evening commute on
  Wednesday. Significant reductions in visibility are possible. It
  is possible for trees and power lines to be brought down by the
  weight of the wet snow, especially if significant amounts are
  realized. Wind gusts up to 40 MPH will be possible.
