* LOCATION...Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware and eastern
  and southeast New Jersey.

* WINDS...North 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* TIMING...The strongest winds have occurred. Winds will diminish
  below advisory levels by mid morning inland and by midday at the
  coast.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
  lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
