...AN AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WITH SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED
VISIBILITY CONTINUES TO AFFECT THE AREA...

At 350 PM, an area of moderate to at times heavy snow continues
across the Philadelphia metro area into northern Delaware and
across much of southern New Jersey. Visibilities are reduced to
one half mile or less at many places.

The significant visibility restrictions will be combined with
very strong winds, with reports of downed trees and power lines.
Road conditions may vary however slick conditions are likely. Slow
down and allow extra time to safely reach your destination, and
remain alert for possible debris in the roadway.
