...AN AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WITH SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED
VISIBILITY WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON...

At 215 PM, an area of moderate to at times heavy snow was across
the Philadelphia metro area into northern Delaware and across
much of southern New Jersey. Visibilities are reduced to one half
mile or less at many places. Much of the snow accumulations will
be limited to non-paved surfaces such as grass, sidewalks and
cars, with up to an inch or so.

The significant visibility restrictions will be combined with
strong winds. The wet to possibly slushy roads will lead to slick
conditions. Slow down and allow extra time to safely reach your
destination.
