The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 215 PM EST

* At 1008 AM EST...Doppler radar indicates that moderate to heavy
  rain is falling across much of the advisory area. Minor flooding
  will be common across poor drainage, low lying, and more urbanized
  areas. Up to one and one-half inches of rain have already fallen
  across portions of the area. Additional rain is expected
  throughout the day.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Barnegat, Beachwood, Manasquan, Point Pleasant Beach,
  Egg Harbor City, Tuckerton, Seaside Heights, Surf City, Port
  Republic, Mantoloking, Wading River, Dover Beaches North, Holiday
  City South, Pleasant Plains, Warren Grove, Leisure Village East,
  Dover Beaches South, Wharton State Forest and Holiday
  City-Berkeley.
